Parent Teacher Conferences

We will be holding Parent Teacher Conferences on Thursday March 10th. Parents can schedule a time to have a virtual conference with each of your child's teachers using Google Meet. ** PLEASE NOTE: ALL PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES WILL BE VIRTUAL. THERE ARE NO IN-PERSON CONFERENCES THIS SCHOOL YEAR. 

Our school is using the PTCFast.com system, which is the same system we used last year during remote learning. The PCT Fast system is an easy and convenient way for you to sign-up for conferences. Please click on the link below (or you can copy and paste the link to your browser) to access the scheduling software:

If you do not have internet access, please send a request for a conference time through your child's ms337 email account at least one day prior to the conference you are requesting. Please send this request to our Parent Coordinator Ms. Ivette Geraldo. 

When signing up through the website above, you will need to go through the following steps:

1. Select the teachers you would like to conference with

2. Provide the student and parent name and contact information

3. Receive a registration email with a link to select conference times

4. After clicking the link, select the times for each teacher

5. Type “YES” in the Special Request box at the bottom of the teacher’s scheduled times to ask for Spanish translation. 

6. Receive an email with the schedule for all your conferences along with Google Meet links to use to access the teachers at the scheduled times.

We realize this is a new process for some of you and will be a major change from what you are used to, however, we are here to support in any way that we can to ensure that you get signed up to meet with your child's teachers. In order for this to work efficiently, we need to ask that you stick to the schedule you select and limit your time to the selected block. ** Please note: These conferences are 10 minutes in length. For this reason it is important that you join the google meet on time. ALL MEETINGS WILL END AT THE DESIGNATED END TIME REGARDLESS OF THE TIME YOU JOIN THE MEETING.
